Purchasing, Terms & Condition

PAYPAL PURCHASES:
  1. Purchases can be made directly from the website by clicking on the Add To Cart button (you will be redirected to PayPal's website)
  2. Please be informed that for overseas transactions, you may need to pay more for shipping if you purchase more than 3 items. Kindly email me first at babyultracdshop@yahoo.com BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE. However, purchases of 3 items or less will be charged a flat rate of RM10 for postage.
  3. Local purchases made through PayPal will incur an extra shipping fee (RM10 flat rate for East and West Malaysia) 

FOR LOCAL BANK TRANSFERS
Terms & Condition/ Payment Method :

  1. Email your order to babyultracdshop@yahoo.com. You will be given bank details etc to proceed with payment. For a faster response, please notify of your order via SMS to 0123317023.
  2. Wait for your order confirmation.
  3. 50% of deposit is expected to be paid for ORDER RESERVATION/ PRE-ORDERED GOODS ONLY (to prevent 'back-out buyers)- this is not returnable if order is cancelled (only pre-orders need to be reserved. Readily available items require full payment upon order confirmation)
  4. Payment can be made through fund transfer/ cash deposit to Maybank/ CIMB accounts.
  5. For 'readily available' items, you are required to make full payment within 48 hours of your order being confirmed by BabyUltra CD Shop/ before items are shipped.
  6. For PRE-ORDERs, full payment will be requested upon arrival of stock (please make payments within 48 hours of order being confirmed)
  7. After full payment has been made, kindly email us with the following information:
    • Total payment (RM) & reference number
    • Date/ time payment made
    • Full name
    • Mailing address
    • Telephone number
  8. Tracking no. will be emailed/ SMS once items are being shipped.
  9. Postage is charged at a flat rate of RM8 (West Coast) & RM10 (East Coast). You will be advised in any event where postage charges differ from this statement (see above for payments via PayPal)
We will not be responsible for loss/ damage of items AFTER delivery is made, unless the mistake was made on our side. For any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact me through the email address/ phone number mentioned earlier.

Terma & Syarat/ Cara Pembayaran:
  1. Email order anda. Sila hantar email ke babyultracdshop@yahoo.com untuk membuat tempahan & mendapatkan butir-butir akaun. Untuk mendapatkan respon yang lebih cepat, boleh SMS 0123317023 untuk menyatakan tempahan anda.
  2. Tunggu confirmation order diterima- anda akan diberikan no. akaun bank dsbnya.
  3. Bayaran deposit 50% untuk RESERVE order bagi barangan PRE-ORDER (untuk mengelakkan 'back-out' buyers)- deposit tidak akan dipulangkan jika tempahan dibatalkan
  4. Bayaran boleh dibuat melalui fund transfer/ cash deposit ke akaun Maybank atau CIMB.
  5. Untuk item yang 'readily available' (sedia ada), anda akan diminta untuk menjelaskan bayaran penuh dalam masa 48 jam setelah order di-notifikasi/ sebelum barangan dihantar.
  6. Untuk item 'pre-order', bayaran penuh akan diminta setelah stok tiba (sila bayar dalam masa 48 jam order di-notifikasi).
  7. Selepas bayaran deposit/ penuh dibuat, sila Email butiran berikut:
    • Jumlah bayaran (RM) dan no rujukan bank
    • Tarikh/ masa bayaran dibuat
    • Nama penuh
    • Alamat
    • No telefon
  8. Tracking no akan di email/ SMS kepada anda selepas barang dihantar.
  9. Harga pos tetap RM8 (Semenanjung) & RM10 (Sabah/ Sarawak), kecuali bagi bayaran melalui PayPal (sila lihat di atas)
Kami tidak akan bertanggungjawab di atas kehilangan/ kerosakan barang selepas proses penghantaran dilakukan kecuali kesilapan tersebut berpunca dari pihak kami sendiri.
